This just in, the Bucks are horrible. They lost to the Knicks and Clippers at home, yet the coach still tries to sell us on the fact that they can miraculously turn this around after the all star break. He keeps using the P word that ends with layoffs. I can't in good conscience put that word together in this blog when talking about the Bucks. This is what happens when you have a lame duck GM, much less an idiot lame duck GM. The Bucks need a complete overhaul from ownership to the floor. I'd love to see Mark Attanasio or somebody like him make the Senator an offer he can't refuse. Keep Yi, ditch everybody else from Bogut to Redd. Maybe keep Royal Ivey...JOKING!!! Tomorrow night the Badgers play at Indiana. That is going to be a tough game and I'm actually expecting a loss. Anything can happen, but I'm not going to hold my breath the way they've been in the last 3 weeks.

Bulls hope Gordon can help end Kings' reign
You can forget those rumors about the Bulls going after Pau Gasol before the trading deadline after the Los Angeles Lakers acquired Gasol from the Memphis Grizzlies on Friday for Kwame Brown, Javaris Crittenton and two first-round draft picks. So for now, the Bulls will go forward with their current roster on the heels of some schedule changes. Interim coach Jim Boylan chose not to bring the team home after the 83-67 loss at Minnesota on Wednesday. He also canceled the Bulls' scheduled Thursday practice in Minnesota, from where the Bulls flew to Sacramento for a game tonight against the Kings. .

Ribeiro Carries Stars Past Predators
Mike Ribeiro had two goals and two assists and the Dallas Stars beat the Nashville Predators 6-3 on Saturday night. Loui Eriksson also had two goals for the Stars, who have won eleven of their last 13 games. Antti Miettinen and Brenden Morrow added scores for Dallas. Ville Koistinen, J.P. Dumont and Ryan Suter scored for Nashville, losers of two straight. Ribeiro's two goals came in the second period. With the scored tied at 1, he tapped a rebound of a slap shot by Matt Niskanen into an empty net. Then, with the score knotted at 2, he added his 26th goal of the year with 3.9 seconds left in the period. Miettinen made it 1-0 at 11:29 of the first period with his 13th goal of the season, beating Nashville goaltender Dan Ellis on the stick side with a one-timer from the left faceoff dot off of a pass from Jussi Jokinen.
